Welcome to Zanzibar Crown Football Academy (“ZCFA”, “the Academy”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing our website, participating in our programs, attending our events or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services.

Zanzibar Crown Football Academy is dedicated to the development of young football players through professional coaching, education, mentorship and competitive opportunities. Participation in Academy activities is subject to compliance with Academy policies, rules and procedures.

Players, parents and guardians are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation where behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, dishonest, discriminatory, abusive or inconsistent with the values and objectives of the Academy.

All registration information provided to the Academy must be accurate, complete and up to date. The Academy reserves the right to request supporting documentation where necessary to verify player eligibility, age, identity or guardian authorization.

Participation in football training, matches, trials and related activities involves inherent physical risks. Players and their parents or guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. The Academy encourages participants to maintain appropriate medical fitness and disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect participation.

While the Academy strives to provide a safe and professional environment, Zanzibar Crown Football Academy shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, losses or damages arising from participation in Academy activities except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Academy may photograph, film or otherwise record training sessions, matches, tournaments, events and Academy activities. Such materials may be used for educational, promotional, reporting, recruitment and marketing purposes unless otherwise prohibited by applicable laws or specific written agreements.

All content published on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, branding and other materials, remains the property of Zanzibar Crown Football Academy or its respective licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or modified without prior written permission.

The Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue programs, schedules, facilities, services, events or website content at any time without prior notice where necessary for operational, safety or administrative reasons.
